of deformation/bulging/leaks or otherwise
presents unusual characteristics, discontinue
use of the battery. If a battery exhibits any of
these symptoms and is failing catastrophically,
evacuate the area immediately and call fire authori-
ties. Only if possible to do so safely and quickly
should you attempt to move the battery outdoors
and away from people and flammable materials.

Tool 3 or when exchanging eBike components, tech-
nical information about your eBike (e.g. manufac-
turer, model, bike ID, configuration data) as well as

cessing your request, in service cases and for the pur-
