Hood Operation
Hood Controls
The controls are located under the front edge of the hood.
Refer to the illustration below.
LIGHTS
Use the On/Off switch on the right to turn the lights on
or off.
BLOWER
The blower is operated using two controls. Use the
On/Off switch on the left to turn the blower on or off.
When the blower is on, the switch turns red and the speed
control knob operates the blower speed. Turn the control
knob clockwise to increase the blower speed and counter-
clockwise to decrease the blower speed.

Heat Sentry
The heat sentry feature automatically turns the blower on
or increases the blower speed when the exhaust tem-
perature exceeds 200°F
(95°C)
blower speed to the previous setting once the temperature
drops below 186°F .
