Non-suction side bulkheads
The non-suction side bulkheads allow to delimit the work surface to reduce the dispersion of material and therefore
increase its uptake. The bulkheads are fixed to the side structure of the benches by means of hinges which, if
necessary, allow them to be lowered to allow machining of components longer than the work surface

Side bulkheads and the suction font case with metal mesh
elements. Non-sparking screen
The side bulkheads and the suction font case can be integrated with metal mesh elements. This solution prevents
possible sparks that are generated during machining or due to accidental contact of the tools with the bench from
bouncing off the side surfaces and then being sucked up by the bench itself.
The metal mesh retains any sparks and facilitates their extinction by protecting the filters from possible fire
phenomena.
The non-sparking screen allows to significantly limit the passage of possible sparks, which are generated during the
processing phases, and which are sucked through the plane itself. The non-sparking surface is located below the
work surface and is made of metal mesh. This device allows to preserve the filtering elements from possible fire
phenomena.
ATTENTION
The installation of the non-sparking surface and the metal elements on the front case
and on the side bulkheads, does not absolutely exclude the possibility of fires
occurring inside the counter itself.
9.5
Plastic strips
The strips are arranged on the perforated surface from a distance of 15 cm from each other. They are particularly
useful in case it is necessary to preserve as much as possible the machined pieces from possible abrasions that can
occur in contact with the suction table
9.6
Cealing light
The ceiling light can be installed both above the front suction case and inside
the box to allow better illumination of the work surface. the ceiling light is
powered by the same switch / control unit and does not require additional
wiring when installing the bench
9.7
Wheeal
In place of the adjustable feet which the bench is supplied in its standard
version, the SBA benches can be equipped with wheels for handling. The
installation of the wheels involves an increase in the height of the work surface
from the support surface
9.8
Predisposition for a vice
The bench can be equipped with an element that allows the attachment of a
vice. The bracket is anchored to the front of the bench and to the suction
table in order to ensure maximum stability.
9.9
Vertical Vice
The bench can be supplied with suitable casing and worktop for installation of a vertical profile equipped with a
raw iron vice for clamping the workpiece. The profile is anchored to the work table and the roof of the casing. See
figure opposite.
10 Designated use
The machine is designed and built for the extraction and filtration of fumes and dust from industrial processes.
