Assembly Instructions
Note some steps may have been completed at the factory.
Fence Assembly
1. Begin by assembling the fence body for your router table.
2. Attach the offset portion of the fence to the main fence body using an 8mm-
1.25 x 30mm carriage bolt passed through the main fence body from the
bottom, through the offset fence and secure with large 4 point knob. See
Figure 2 and Figure 3.
3. Attach the router fence to the table using (2) 8mm-1.25 x 30mm carriage bolts
passed through the slots in the table from the under side, through the outside
holes in the back of the fence and secure with a 4 point knob (Figure 4) on
each side. Leave the knobs loose at this point.
4. Install the aluminum faces onto the fence. Pass an 8mm-1.25 x 25mm hex
nut through the holes in the offset fence and the main fence body. Start a
small 4 point knob onto each bolt. See Figure 5.
5. Align the heads of the hex bolts installed in step 4 with the middle slot on the
aluminum extrusions. Once the extrusion is in position the 4 point knob can
be tightened to hold the face in position. See Figure 6.
6. The fence can now be attached to the main table body. Slide an 8mm-1.25 x
30mm carriage bolt into the table slot from the bottom. Align the hole in the
fence base with the carriage bolt and secure with a large 4 point knob. Leave
the knob loose until the procedure is completed on the opposite end. See
Figure 4.
Miter Gauge Assembly
1. Locate the hardware for the miter gauge. See Figure 7.
2. Install the handle as shown in Figure 8.
3. Insert (2) 8mm-1.25 x 25mm bolts through the face of the miter gauge.
Thread t-knobs onto both bolts as shown in Figure 9. Leave the
knobs loose.
4. Slide the aluminum face in place on the front of the gauge by aligning the
middle slot with the heads of the bolt. Once positioned the knobs can
