PLEASE READ THE fOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREfULLy!
This fryer is equipped with a Cool Zone. Free food particles
sink to the Cool Zone which has a lower temperature than
the rest of the oil. In the Cool Zone the parts will not burn
and your oil or liquid fat stays healthy longer.
Please read the safety instructions below to use the Cool
Zone in a responsible way.
This type of fryer is only suitable for use with oil or liquid fat, and not with solid fat. Using
solid fat entails the risk of trapping water in the fat which will cause it to spatter violently when
heated up.
Makesurethathotoilorliquidfatnevercomesintocontactwithwaterormoisture.Thisresultsinvery
dangeroussituations.Takethefollowingmeasuresandreadthismanualbeforeusingthisdevice.
• Never use the appliance outside
• Never use the appliance in damp rooms (like sheds, bathrooms, etc.)
• Never using solid fats (blocks)
• Only use oil or liquid fats specifically suitable for frying
• Remove ice from frozen food
• Properly dry foods before frying them
