FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Near side (left side as you sit on bike)
To fit the radiator guard to the bike, cut the foam strip provided into 10mm wide pieces and stick them
to the back of the radiator guard frame, so that they sit between the radiator guard and the radiator.
Remove the two bolts arrowed in picture 1 and carefully remove the left hand side outer fairing.
Disconnect the plug socket arrowed in picture 2.
Remove the plastic pull rivet arrowed in picture 3.
Remove the three bolts arrowed in picture 4.
Remove the plastic pull rivet and bolt arrowed in picture 5 and remove the plastic infill panel/radiator
surround as shown in picture 6 (it has upward pointing locaters so will have to be gently lowered to
remove).
Offer the left hand side radiator guard (as pictured) into position
and secure in position using two of the supplied cable ties through the
radiator frame as shown in pictures 7 and 8
(please ensure no damage is caused to the radiator core)
the lower mounting hole should align with the original mounting bracket
as shown in picture 9.
Refit the plastic infill panel/radiator surround as original.
Reconnect the plug socket as original.
Refit the outer fairing as original.
Off side (right side as you sit on bike)
To fit the radiator guard to the bike, cut the foam strip provided into 10mm wide pieces and stick them

Remove the two bolts arrowed in picture 10 and carefully remove the left hand side outer fairing.
Dismount the ECU as shown in picture 11 (do not disconnect).
Remove the plastic pull rivet arrowed in picture 12.
Remove the three bolts arrowed in picture 13.
Remove the plastic pull rivet and bolt arrowed in picture 14 and remove the plastic infill panel/radiator
surround as shown in picture 15 (it has upward pointing locaters so will have to be gently lowered to
remove).
Offer the right hand side radiator guard (as pictured) into position
and secure in position using two of the supplied cable ties through the
radiator frame as shown in pictures 16 and 17
(please ensure no damage is caused to the radiator core)
the lower mounting hole should align with the original mounting bracket
as shown in picture 18.
Refit the plastic infill panel/radiator surround as original.
Refit the ECU as original.
Refit the outer fairing as original.
