Charging the battery

For charging, use the recommended USB power supply
u
unit or a power supply unit with 5 V and at least 1.0 A.
Observe the operating manual of the USB power supply
unit.
Recommended power supply unit: See "Technical Data"
section.
Pay attention to the mains voltage. The voltage of the
u
power source must match the voltage specified on the
rating plate of the power adaptor. Power adaptors
marked with 230 V can also be operated with 220 V.
Note: Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are supplied par-
tially charged according to international transport regula-
tions. To ensure full rechargeable battery capacity, fully
charge the rechargeable battery before using your tool for
the first time.
Open the flap.
Use a USB cable to connect the power tool to the power sup-
ply.
The battery charge indicator indicates the charging pro-
gress. The indicator flashes green during the charging pro-
cess. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator is lit up
green continuously.
If you are not planning to use the power tool again soon, dis-
connect it from the power supply.
The power tool cannot be used while charging.
