Notifications regarding refrigerator alarms and communication failure with the Cortex platform are sent to the email that was initially registered to the platform
and a message is automatically sent to the app.
To view the notifications that were sent to the app, tap the Alarms tab at the bottom of the main page. You will be taken to the main dashboard which logs all
the alarms for the account. Each line represents an alarm and shows the date/time the alarm was created, the date/time the alarm ended, the device address, its name, the
alarm type and its status, i.e., if it is
1. Tap the Set up my network tab at the bottom of the main page.
2. The gateway signal intensity appears in the Signal column of the Gateway list.
There are 4 signal levels: Excellent, Good, Low,
When "---" appears, there is no signal.
It is recommended that the gateway Wi-Fi be positioned in a
Active
or Cleared.
1. Tap the Set up my network tab at the bottom of the main page.
2. In the Gateway list window, tap
to change and then Edit. In the new window you can set the frequency of the logging in
minutes and allocate a name to the gateway that will be sent with the notifications.
3. Once this is completed, tap the Update tab.
