Errors, possible reasons, advices
• If the temperature sensor fails, for in-
stance in case of short circuit, error
code E-1 will appear on the display,
the buzzer will ring 10 times. The
door will be locked automatically.
• Press and hold the key 16 to stop
the operation and return to stand-by
mode.
• The door will be automatically un-
locked when the temperature is be-
low 300°С. Now you can remove the
food from the oven. Then the device
must be repaired in a service center.
• If the temperature does not change
or stay below 35°С during the heat-
ing for more than 15 minutes (except
in Defrost or ECO mode), the display
will show the error code E-2 and the
buzzer will ring 10 times.
• It means the heating element has a
problem. The door will be locked au-
tomatically at this point.
• Press and hold the key 16 to stop
the operation and return to stand-by
mode.
• The door will be automatically un-
locked when the temperature is be-
low 300°С. Now you can remove the
food from the oven. Then the device
must be repaired in a service center.
• If the door lock fails (during the cook-
ing process after checkingteh food,
or during the self-cleaning process),
the error code E-3 appear on the dis-
play and the buzzer will ring 10
times.
• Press and hold the key 17 for 3 sec.
to stop the operation and return to
stand-by mode.
