The cooktop must be separated from the gas supply piping system by
closing its manual shutoff valve during any pressure testing equal to or
less than 1/2psi(3.5KPa).
Do NOT touch surface burners, space near these burners.
During and after use, do NOT touch or allow flammable materials,
objects, or clothing to touch or come into contact with these areas until
they have cooled down. Any burners may be hot even though flames
are not visible. These burners may still be hot enough to
inflict burns or injuries.
DO NOT wear loose fitting or clothing that hangs while operating
this cooktop, as these items could catch fire and cause serious injury or
property damage.
When heating grease, oil or fat, watch it closely. Oils, fats, or grease
can catch fire if they become too hot. In the event of a grease or oil
fire, smother the fire with the pan lid, use baking soda, or a dry
chemical, or foam type fire extinguishers. DO NOT USE WATER
OR FLOUR!
The space in which the cooktop is be installed into should be
constructed so that the cooktop is framed in and guarded to prevent
creation or storage space around the cooktop.
FIRE, EXPLOSION, BURN INJURY, CARBON MONOIXDE POISIONING
The cooking appliance must be completely separated and/or sealed from
other air moving or air consuming devices such as, but not limited to
furnaces, microwaves ovens, clothes dryers, cooling fans and doors or
drawers in common cabinets. Failure to do so will affect the appliance(s)
combustion air supply by creating either a negative or positive draft.
NEGATIVE DRAFT caused by air moving appliances may draw the top
