Door seal fails to be tight.
Water dispenser does not
operate properly.
Water from the dispenser is
not cool enough.
Ice maker is not producing
ice, not producing enough
ice, or producing small ice
Ensure that the door gasket does not seal properly.
A large amount of warm or hot food might have been
stored recently. Wait until the refrigerator has reached its set
temperature.
Remove foreign matters on the door seal.
Heat the door seal and then cool it for restoration.
(or blow it with an electrical drier or use a hot towel for heating)
The appliance is not connected to a water supply, or the
water supply shutoff valve is not turned on. Connect the
appliance to a water supply and make sure the water shutoff
valve is fully open.
Water filter is clogged or incorrectly installed. Replace filter
or reinstall it correctly. Ensure there is no reverse water
filtration system is connected to your cold water supply,
which can decrease water pressure.
Recently dispensed a large amount of water. Please allow
sufficient time for the new water supply to cool completely.
Frequent dispensing of cold water in a short time. Please
wait a moment for the water to cool.
The appliance is not connected to a water supply, or the
water supply shutoff valve is not fully turned on. Connect
the appliance to a water supply and make sure the water
shutoff valve is fully open.
Ice maker is not turned on. Turn on the ice maker.
Large amount of ice was recently removed. Please allow
sufficient time for the ice maker to produce more ice.
Inadequate water pressure – Please verify that the
household has adequate water pressure 1.5 ~ 7 bar.
Water filter is installed incorrectly. Make sure the filter is
properly installed.
Ensure there is no reverse water filtration system is
connected to your cold water supply, which can decrease
water pressure.
Doors not closed completely. Make sure both doors are
firmly closed.
Ice is clogged or frozen together in the ice bucket, or ice is
blocking the ice delivery chute. Remove or separate the
clogged ice, using a plastic utensil if necessary. Clean the ice
delivery chute and the bottom of the ice bucket using a
warm damp cloth, then dry both thoroughly.
