 Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
6. Clean the door liners and gaskets using a clean sponge or soft cloth and a mild
detergent in warm water.
 Do not use cleaning waxes, concentrated detergents, bleaches, or cleaners
containing petroleum on plastic refrigerator parts.
7. Dry all surfaces thoroughly and then plug in the appliance. Adjust the temperature.
8. Put the food back in the appliance.
The LED light in the fridge/freezer compartment cannot be replaced by the user. If the
LED light stops working, please contact the local authorised service agent.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience a problem with your appliance or are concerned that the appliance is not functioning
correctly, you can carry out some easy checks according to below table before calling for service.

Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. If the problem persists after you have made the checks
mentioned below, contact a qualified electrician, authorized service engineer or the store where you
purchased the product.

Appliance does not operate.
Unusual noises
It is too cold inside the
appliance.
Inadequate refrigeration
Possible Causes & Solution
Check that the appliance is plugged into the mains socket
properly and that the outlet is switched on.
Check the fuse is not blown.
Check the circuit breaker is not tripped.
Re-adjust the feet to ensure the appliance is level.
Check that the appliance is not touching the wall or other
objects. Move the appliance slightly.
Check that a component, e.g. a pipe, on the rear of the
appliance is not touching another part of the appliance or
the wall. If necessary, carefully bend the component out of
the way.
Temperature is set too low or the Super Cooling / Super Freezing
function is activated or is running too long. Reset the
temperature and switch off the Super Cooling / Super Freezing
function.
Set the temperature control to a lower temperature and
allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize.
Door is kept open too long or is opened too frequently.
Warm air enters the refrigerator every time the door is
opened. Open the door less often.
Check that the door is closed completely.
