DESCRIPTION
Intended Use
This manual polisher is designed for:
• industrial use in production and workshops, for all types of polishing work, for example: for polishing the varnished surface of cars, polishing furniture, metal
surfaces, etc. using polishing sponges, sheepskin or wool discs.
• use with polishing tools designed to operate at a speed of at least 2000 rpm.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Before starting any maintenance work on the polisher, be sure to remove the plug from the socket.
Before operation
Unpack the polisher, check the delivery for completeness and check the machine for transport damage.
Fixing or changing the tool (Fig. 2,3)
• Remove the plug from the socket.
• The polishing pad (4) is screwed onto the spindle of the polishing machine.
• The accessory is fixed directly on the polishing pad with Velcro.
• Center the polishing tool (1), press it firmly against the Velcro pad (2).
Use only completely intact polishing tools. Incorrectly mounted working attachments cause jerks and vibrations.
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Turn on the polisher and let it run for about 30 seconds. Make sure that the disk rotates without beating and vibration!
• Switch off the polisher.
Replacing the polishing pad (Fig.3)
• Remove the plug from the socket.
• Remove the polishing tool.
• Unscrew the fixing screw (2) with the key (1), remove the Velcro plate (3).
• Remove dirt from the inside of the gearbox.
• Put on a new plate with Velcro and insert the fixing holes.
• Insert the screw into the spindle hole and tighten it tightly.
• Perform a test run. Check disc for imbalance and vibration.
