Improper use of the lift can cause damage to vehicles or people.
The producer does not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damage due to improper
installation or improper use of the equipment.
To ensure a proper installation and a good performance of the lift during the up and down
movements, the floor must be perfectly levelled. Any inclination or slope may adversely affect
the performances of the lift.
It is forbidden to install the lift on an asphalt floor. In accordance with the requirements, the lift
can only be installed on a solid concrete floor kept in a good condition and without any breaks
or defects, and only after having determined the floor's capacity.
Without a certification issued by an architect or an engineer, it is advised not to install the lift in
a place that is above an empty room.
It is forbidden to install the lift near devices that emit heat, water, humidifiers and fireplaces.
Electric Power: Before installing the machine, make sure that you have set up the electrical
connection (3Ph + N + T)
2 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The lift can only be installed on a concrete floor with steel reinforcements.
Concrete should have a thickness ≥ 150mm, to ensure that the resistance reaches the 3000PSI
(2.1Kg / mm2).
The area where the lift is installed must have a height of at least 4000 mm in such a way that it
can provide an adequate space for an easy and safe working and for the lifting operations.
The safety distance between the lift and any walls should be at least 1200 mm, allowing easy
access to escape routes in case of emergency.
