The VMI-02MP03 is a presence sensor for a ventilation system. The device
communicates information about presence via wireless communications with
the central control device.
1.2 How to use this manual
This manual is intended as a reference book by which qualified installers can
install the VMI-02MP03 (henceforth called "device") and users can use the device
for its intended purpose. Make sure you have read and understood the manual
before you install and/or use the device.

Description
3.1 Intended use
The device is designed for following purposes:
1 Detect the presence of a person.
2 To switch a device, like a lamp, in case of presence.
Every other or further use is not in conformance with the intended use.

3.2 Working principle
The device communicates with the control device using wireless communica-
tions in order to control the ventilation. The device switches on the light if it
detects movement. Movement in front of the device requests the high fan
speed and switches light on.
3.2.1 Light switch
The device detects movement in front of the device. If movement is detected,
it switches the lights on for the relay on time (ROT) and sets the ventilation to
high for a time, depending the ventilation unit.

Operation
4.1 Show status
1 Tap the button.
The Status LED shows the status of the system.
After 2 seconds the LED indicates detection of movement.
