4 | Initial Operation
• Open the main unit's battery compartment cover.
• Insert 2 x AAA batteries, observing the polarity («+» and «-»).
• Upon battery insertion, all icons on the LCD will light up for 3 seconds, ac-
companied by a beep tone, and the indoor temperature and humidity will
be detected.
• The main unit will then establish a connection to the outdoor remote sensor,
indicated by a flashing reception antenna symbol in the upper right corner,
showing the number of channels.
• Simultaneously, open the remote sensor's battery compartment cover,
select the desired channel using the channel switch, insert 2 batteries
with the correct polarity, choose the temperature unit (°C or °F) using the
«°C/°F» button, and close the battery cover.
• Once the main unit successfully connects to the outdoor remote sensor
within 3 minutes, it will enter the DCF Radio control time receive mode
(backlight turns off during RC reception). The backlight will remain on after
successful DCF reception.
5 | Reception of the Radio Signal
Press and hold the «[
]» button to enter the DCF radio control receiving
function. When using the adapter, the backlight will temporarily turn off
during receiving mode and return to the previous brightness after receiving.
In DCF receiving mode, the «[
