Passer l'axe de moyeu avec écrou et rondelle dans l'une des protections crash
(article 1) puis dans l'entretoise métallique (article 3) avec le diamètre le plus
large à l'intérieur de la protection crash.
Placer cet ensemble dans le moyeu de roue avant du côté droit de façon à ce

que l'axe dépasse de l'écrou de moyeu (article 4) et que l'entretoise se place
dans le moyeu de la roue.
Placer la protection crash restante (BO445M) sur l'extrémité de l'axe du côté
•
gauche.
Insérer la rondelle restante (article 6) et un écrou (article 5) du kit sur le
•
filetage dépassant de la protection crash.
•
Serrer chaque écrou des 2 côtés de façon identique puis veiller à ce que
l'insert plastique des 2 écrous soit complètement engagé et identique des 2
côtés.
Ne pas trop bloquer – les écrous fixent l'ensemble.

Vérifier que les protections fourche soient correctement serrées et fixées
•
fermement contre l'écrou de moyeu et l'entretoise, et ne tournent pas.
Après avoir utilisé la moto, vérifier le serrage des écrous régulièrement (par

exemple lors du nettoyage de la moto).

arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for
causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its
liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned.
These terms do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be
returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise
to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All
returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing
price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued
products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not
refer to faulty goods.
