3. Plug in the power cord
Connect the receptacle to the power inlet and plug into electric outlet.
Boil light will go on.
The pot will start to boil water once the electric cord is connected.
Do not open upper lid while boiling.
Do not add water while boiling.
Do not cover the STEAM ESCAPE HOLES under any circumstances.
Be cautious of steam coming out of STEAM ESCAPE HOLES, or when
lid is open.
It will take approximately 30 minutes to boil
Do not open the upper lid while boiling
4. Keep warm
. When water is done boiling, the unit will automatically switch
to WARM mode. (Keep warm light will go on)
. Add water when water volume has significantly decreased.
. When adding only a very small amount of water, the unit may
not auto-boil - unit may not detect the small drop in
temperature. To boil, please press the "Re-boil" button.
(The boil light will go on)
. It will re-boil automatically when temperature falls below 95°C
NOTE: This unit boils the water longer than an average kettle
(approximately 3 minutes) to improve the taste of the water.
