Keep the WiFi password ready.
•
The smartphone/tablet and the air conditioner must be within range of the WiFi in use.
•
Open the app and register.
•
Link:
Plug the air conditioner's power cable into the mains socket.
•
Press the timer button for at least 3 seconds to reset the air conditioner's Wi-Fi function and
•
connect the device to the local network.
Open the app.
•
Select "add device".
•
Select "manual" - "large household device" - "air conditioner" and confirm.
•
Depending on the app version, the indicator blinks slowly or quickly during the pairing
•
process.
Enter the WiFi password.
•
Follow the prompt to change the network to "Smart App"; the app automatically adds the
•
device and connects the air conditioner to the home network.
Unlink: (If you wish to operate the air conditioner via another WiFi.)
Remove the air conditioner from the list in the app.
•
Press the timer button for at least 3 seconds to reset the air conditioner.
•
Pull the mains plug.
•
If linking fails:
Ensure that the WiFi is not working in the 2.5 GHz range.
•
Disconnect the mains plug from the air conditioner.
•
Wait 30 seconds.
•
Reconnect the mains plug.
•
Press the timer button for at least 3 seconds to reset the air conditioner.
•
Reconnect the air conditioner as described in the "Link" step.
•
4.2.6 OVERLOAD PROTECTION
In the event of a power failure, a three-minute delay before the compressor restarts is provided
to protect the compressor.
4.3 DRAINAGE
AUTOMATIC EVAPORATION SYSTEM
The automatic evaporation system uses the collected condensate to cool the condenser coils for
more efficient performance. It is not necessary to drain the unit in cooling mode. The condensation
water evaporates at the condenser and is discharged through the exhaust air hose.
In case of very high humidity, or in drying mode, the condensation water hose should be
connected and lead into a suitable container.
The unit is equipped with a condensation water monitor. When the internal drip tray is full, the
unit switches off. In this case, the condensation water must be drained off.
