Insert a short bar connector (#4) onto each end of narrow bar
connector (#5), Make sure the knobs are on the same side. Tighten the
knobs to secure each short bar connector.

Repeat with the other two short bar connectors and the narrow bar
connector.

Rotate the assembled bar until the knobs are facing downward. Insert
a short connector into the upper-right corner' s shorter arm. Tighten the
knob to hold it in place.
7.
Repeat step 6 and insert into the upper-left corner' s shorter arm.
Tighten the knob.
8.
Connect the lower corners and the bar assembly in the same manner.
9.
Insert a long bar connector into the long arm of each corner. Align the
bolt holes and insert a 12 mm short locking pin (#16) through each set
of bolt holes.
10. Repeat on the other side. At this point the frame should be connected.
11.
Lift one corner up and support the frame with a block or stands.
12. Position a caster on a corner and align the bolt holes.
13. Insert an M10 x 30 mm bolt (#11) down through the frame and caster
base. Slide an M10 flat washer (#12), then an M10 lock washer (#13)
onto the bolt. Secure with an M10 nut (#14). Repeat with three more
bolts.
14. Repeat Step 12 and 13 with the other three casters.
15. Insert a corner block into each of the four corner pieces. Raise each
block enough to align the bolt holes and insert a long locking pin (#9)
through the corner piece and corner block. Tighten the screw to hold
the block in place.
16. Thread a jacking spinner (#8) onto the stem of each support pad (#10).
17.
Screw a support pad into each corner block.
OPERATION
1.
Move the cart to the loading location.
2.
Lower each support pad by holding the pad in place while turning the
jacking spinner.
3.
The cart' s width and length can be reconfigured by removing the short
pins and loosening the knobs. Adjust the width first, then the length.
