ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
These are great year round treats which are more suitable for adults 18 years
and over. All quantities are approximate and can be amended depending on
size of the glass and personal taste.
•
Blushing Whiskey Sour
Half fill a whiskey glass with crushed ice and pour over one shot of whiskey. Top
with lemon syrup and a dash of blackberry syrup. Stir well and garnish with
fresh blackberries.

The classic adult snow cone
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add 1 shot of raspberry schnapps and top
up with lemonade. Add a tablespoon of grenadine and allow to settle to the
bottom of the glass. Carefully pour 2 tablespoons of blue Curacao over the top.

Pineapple upside down cake
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add a shot of vodka. Pour a tablespoon of
grenadine over the ice and allow to settle to the bottom of the glass. Top up the
glass with pineapple juice. Top with a cherry.
•
Summer peach party
Half fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice, stir in 2 tablespoons of blended fresh
peach and one tablespoon of blended fresh raspberries, pour over one shot of
vodka and a tablespoon of peach liqueur, garnish with fresh mint.
•
Gin and grapefruit cocktail
Half fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice, add two shots of gin and a tablespoon
of dry vermouth, stir and top up with pink grapefruit juice.

Tequila sunrise
Half fill a short glass with crushed ice, pour of 1 tablespoon of grenadine and
allow to settle.
Pour over one shot of tequila, top up with orange juice and serve with a fresh
cherry and wedge of fresh orange.

Pina Colada
Pour a shot of white rum and an equal shot of coconut milk into a tall glass, top
up with crushed ice and pineapple juice. Stir well and top with chunks of fresh
pineapple.
