TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Inadequate cleaning
power.
Rotating bar will not
rotate.
Excessive vibration
of surface cleaner.
Streaked cleaning
pattern.
Water coming from
weeping hole on the
underside of the
shroud.
Water shooting from
swivel.
HOW TO CHANGE NOZZLES
This walk-behind surface cleaner is equipped with 2.0 sized nozzles. If you want to change out the
nozzles, follow the nozzle removal steps found in the "Maintenance" section of this manual.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Not enough PSI from pressure
washer.
2. Inadequate water supply.
3. Engine RPM on pressure washer
is too low.
4. Nozzle obstructed or worn.
5. Incorrect nozzle orifice size.
1. Seal has drag.
2. Snap ring dislodged.
3. Seal malfunction.
4. Bearing failure.
5. Nozzle clogged.
1. Nozzle clogged.
2. Rotating bar, bolts or fittings
loose.
3. Bent rotating bar or swivel rotor.
1. Insufficient water supply or PSI
of pressure washer is too low.
(Won't allow rotating bar to move.)
2. Nozzle clogged.
3. Cleaning too fast.
1. Internal issue with inlet assembly.
1. Seal malfunction.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Most effective cleaning range is
2800-4500 PSI.
2. Turn water supply completely "ON"
and/or clean water filter on
pressure washer. Ensure unit
produces a minimum of 3.0 GPM.
3. Increase throttle.
4. Clean or replace as necessary.
5. Insert correct nozzle.
