SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read and understand the operator's manual before using
this product.
WARNING:
When using this product basic precautions should always be followed, including but not limited to
the following:
1. NEVER spray near power source.
2. ALWAYS wear safety glasses/goggles, protective clothing and footwear when using or around
this equipment.
3. Use only detergents, cleaners and degreasers recommended for use with pressure washers.
4. Keep the area of operation clear of all persons, particularly small children, pets and obstacles.
5. DO NOT operate the product when fatigued or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. To avoid serious injury, NEVER place hands near or under the surface cleaner or in front of the
spray nozzles (attached to water broom).
7. MAKE SURE hose and fittings are tightened and in good condition.
8. DO NOT allow pressure washer hose to contact muffler.
9. ONLY USE pressure washer accessories (e.g., pressure washer hose) that are rated to the
same or higher PSI than your pressure washer.
10. DO NOT allow CHILDREN to operate pressure washer.
11. NEVER repair leaking connections with sealant of any kind.
12. DO NOT secure spray gun in open position.
13. DO NOT leave equipment unattended while machine is running.
14. ALWAYS be certain spray gun, nozzles and accessories are correctly attached.
CAUTION:
1. The surface cleaner is not suited for scouring or scrubbing.
2. Do not run over freestanding corners.
3. Test the surface cleaner in an inconspicuous area.
4. Not to be used on vertical surfaces.
INTENDED USE
1. The surface cleaner can be used with gas pressure washers from 2800 to 4500 PSI.
2. Use on flat surfaces like concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.
INSTALLATION & PREPARATION
CAUTION:
If the surface cleaner is missing parts or is damaged, DO
NOT use the machine and consult your dealer. DO NOT
alter or modify this equipment in any manner.
NOZZLE SELECTION & INSTALLATION:
1. The surface cleaner is installed with one set of 25020
nozzles (25 degree, 2.0 orifice) for rotational cleaning.
2. Nozzles should be screwed into the spray bar. The
spray fan should be parallel to the spray bar. (See
Figure 1)
