- Page 6 English 2. BEFORE FIRST USE First boil a full kettle of water to clean the kettle. Throw this water away. 3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 3.1 Making tea The kettle should only be used for boiling water or tea. Never fill it with other liquids or ingredients other than water.
- Page 7 English Place the carafe onto the base. Plug the unit in. Press the Start/Stop button. Press Select and choose the temperature you wish : 176°F - 194°F - 203°F - 212°F. The LED will light up. Press the Start/Stop button to begin the cycle. The Start/Stop button will turn blue. Do not use the kettle without the kettle lid.
