USE
Removing the injector seal
Cleaning the injector well with brushes
Use n°7 plugs with mounting pin 6 to seal the injection hole and protect the combustion chamber
from cleaning impurities;
Use n°5 brushes to remove combustion residues from the injector well and seat;
Use n°4 brushes to remove combustion residues from the injection hole.
Cleaning the injector seat with burrs
Utiliser l'outil n°1 en assemblant les diff érents éléments avec le cône n°9 et la fraise n°10 adaptés à
l'injecteur :

INJECTOR SEAT CLEANING KIT
Loosen the extractor expansion cone by turning the knob
counter-clockwise.
Insert the extractor into the injector well and move it slightly
so that the cone passes through the gasket;
Tighten the knob to expand the cone around the seal and
pull to extract it.
