Causes
Solutions
The noise will decrease as these
materials are ground.
Try using the appliance again with a
smaller amount of only fruit and
vegetable peelings. if the appliance is
still making abnormally loud noises,
please contact an approved Riviera &
Bar service Centre.
Press
for 3 seconds; the appliance will
beep and the corresponding light will
switch off.
Empty the drip tray.
Remember to empty it regularly,
especially after a self-cleaning cycle.
unplug the appliance and allow it to
cool for at least 10 minutes before
plugging it back in.
Please refer to the section entitled

Wait one more hour (that is a full
9-hour cycle). if the cycle is still not
complete, turn off the appliance
manually by pressing the button
3 seconds and let it cool down. open
the lid and check the contents of the
bucket. Remove any overly fatty or

The general guarantee for this appliance is 2 years.

The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- worn parts, such as seals,
- removable or mobile parts damaged due to impro-
per handling, as the result of a fall or knock during
handling, and affecting the bucket, drip tray, anti-
odour filter and its compartment or the inner lid,
- appliances used for a purpose other than their
normal purpose within the private sphere.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
possible damages caused by improper use of the
appliance, or when the appliance is not used in
accordance with the operating instructions, or has
been repaired by an unskilled person.
Repairs must only be carried out at one of the brand's
approved service Centres.

Worn or damaged parts that are excluded from the
guarantee will be replaced or repaired for a fee.
The guarantee period begins on the date of the ori-
ginal purchase. You may benefit from this guarantee
only when presenting the defective appliance with
the invoice or proof of purchase.
in accordance with Article L111-2 of the French Consumer
Code, the availability of spare parts, provided for in
matters of repairable products is 5 years as from its
date of manufacture (information mentioned on the
product: batch or serial number).
Reminder: for any intervention, you will be asked to
return the product in its original packaging in order
to avoid any further damage caused by transport.
We therefore suggest you keep all of the original
packaging.

The provisions of this guarantee do not exclude the
buyer from benefitting from the legal guarantee for
defects and hidden defects that applies in any event
