important remarks
- Before cleaning or caring for your appliance, it must be unplugged
and allowed to cool down completely.
- Never immerse the appliance or the power cord in water or any
other liquid.
- The control panel must never be exposed to moisture.
- The (ceramic) bucket is dishwasher safe.
- It is imperative that all parts of the appliance are completely dry
before reassembling and using it again.
- Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaning products or steel wool
to clean the various parts of the appliance.
1. Clean the bucket, inner lid and drip tray with hot soapy water.
Rinse and dry properly.
2. The body of the appliance (outside and inside, including the
seal on the underside of the lid) can be cleaned with a soft
and very slightly damp cloth.
Self-cleaning function
The appliance has a self-cleaning function that can be used if
some residue remains stuck to the bottom of the bucket after
the waste reduction cycle. This function loosens the residue
so that it can be removed effortlessly. To do this, you need to:
1. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged.
2. open the lid and remove the bucket from inside the appliance.
Pour 50 cl water into the bucket.

NOTE
never fill the bucket with water while it is still inside the appliance,
as any water spillage outside the bucket could damage the
appliance.
3. Replace the bucket in the appliance, taking care not to spill
water into the body of the appliance. The lid will not close
if the bucket is not correctly positioned.

to begin the self-cleaning cycle. The
light will turn on.
7. The self-cleaning cycle lasts one hour. After this time, the
appliance stops and the corresponding light switches off.

11. Clean the bucket with soapy water, rinse and dry thorou-

13. Check that the drip tray is empty. if not, empty, rinse and
dry it before replacing it in its compartment.
