Upright Frame (3).
2. Attach the Handle Tube (4) and
Plate (9) to the Up Upright Frame
(7) and Down Upright Frame (3),
using four M10X70mm Hex Bolts
(15), eight M10 Washers (20) and
four M10 Nylon Nuts (22).

3. Attach the High Pull (8) to
the Up Upright Frame (7),
using two M8X85mm Car-
riage Bolt (17), two M8
Washers (19) and two M8
Nylon Nuts (21).
4. Attach the Arm Cush-
ion (10) to the Handle
Tube (4), using four
M8X65mm Hex Bolts (18)
and four M8 Washers
(19).
