problem
I can't log in to the
application
I cannot configure
the device
I can't find the APP
in the store

I have no internet connection.
There have been 3 unsuccessful accesses
or from different IP's which will block access
for 1 hour for security reasons.
I have not updated the APP or the
smartphone operating system.
The necessary permissions have not been
granted during the installation of the APP.
I am entering the registered mobile phone
number incorrectly.
I am not putting the device into configuration
mode correctly.
The equipment is exiting configuration
mode after 60s.
The smartphone, APP or device is running
another process.
Close and disconnect and retry the
configuration.
AYR will have the versions and links to
the different Android and iOS applications
posted on its download page.
