The lock is not paired to any user account.

There is too much noise and interference

Frequency jammer near the lock.
On the smartphone, something is not
allowing Bluetooth communication with
the lock. Reset communication and/or
smartphone.
Permissions were not accepted during
the installation of the application.
I have not updated the APP and/or the
smartphone's operating system.
The motor exerts too much force on the
cylinder, check the mounting. The lock
works in a forced manner or is incorrectly
installed.
The number of uses, the intensity of the
