3.5 MAGNET INSTALLATION (OPTIONAL)
To activate the door compass feature (door closed/open status
recognition) we must install the magnet in the frame. This will provi-
de certain advantages when configuring the device, for example, the
self-closing feature when the door is closed or triggering the alarm.
Peel the 3M adhesive off the magnet and place the magnet centred
to the device at a distance of 4 to 6 cm on the door frame with the red
dot pointing towards the int_PASS.
