Door heavily metallised.
Distance and/or height of magnet from
int_PASS not suitable.
Compass self-closing
activated.
If the magnet cannot be installed, the
compass will not work; activate self-closing
by time.
Knob option disabled in configuration.
Improper use may cause abnormal
operation of the knob, necessitating an
auto-adjustment of int_PASS.
Incorrect door orientation.
Lock not suitable for the device due to
excessive hardness or number of turns
(maximum 6 turns of cylinder).
Calibration is being carried out with the
door open.
Bad installation of the door (door hanging
down, bolts rubbing, etc...).
Under-tightening
resulting in breakage of the tie-down piece.
Under-tightening of the side screws.
Lack of gripping surface of the fastening
piece (min. 3 mm).
To improve performance, use the included
3M adhesive.
The battery is fully discharged and will
need more charging time.
The charger used is not of the required
power (minimum 5V 1A).
