Troubleshooting
Descriptions :
The illuminators 6), 9) or 12) are defec-
tive.
The motor no longer works.
Camera 2) malfunctions or does not
work. A "License Error" or "License Not
Found" message appears.
The PC or monitor no longer works.
Table glass 13) is broken or scratched.
The crank 10) in column 11) rotates
and the column isn't moving.
A clutch 8) or 18) of the table 14) no
longer works.
Software problem
For any other case, please contact us
by referring to the serial number on the
machine identification 16)

Procedures :
1. Contact our technical service.
1. Check that the camera cable 1) is correctly
inserted on the computer side.
2. Connect the camera cable 1) to another port
(usually blue for USB3 models).
3. 3. Check, by disconnecting and reconnecting
it, that a device connected to the computer
(external hard disk, loudspeaker, etc.) does
not interfere with the camera signal.
4. Refer to our "OptiVID" operating instructions

2. Turn off the screen saver and automatic log-
out.
3. Turn off your PC completely, wait
10 seconds and turn it back on.

ment or, if necessary, our technical support.
