Special use for the Optimum 200M
 Quick start : A quick start manual is available on our website.
 Power On : Press button 28). Wait for the electronics to initialize (4 seconds). Display 26)
flashes. Press the C key briefly to activate the motors. The motors are now active, you can use
the machine.
 Reference socket : C key. Be careful when activating this function, the 3 axes will start at the
stop to take their references. Press the C key for more than 3 seconds to perform the refer-
ence measurement. It is strongly recommended to activate this function each time the motors
are switched on.
 Emergency stop: If there is a risk of accident, press the red emergency stop button 29). To
restart the machine, turn this button 29) to the left or right to raise it.
 Measurement : To move your part, use trackball 30).
 Sharpness : Place the part to be measured on the glass 13) of the X-Y table 14) and use the
roller 32) to adjust the sharpness of the image.
 Lights 6) 9) 12) : Adjust the light intensities using the panel 27). The illuminators can be
switched on and off independently of each other by means of switches 38). The light intensity
can be adjusted by turning the knobs 34) 35) 36). Pressing these buttons activates a coarse or
fine setting. The light ring 37) indicates the mode : intense = coarse / weak = fine. To change
the sectors of the incident illuminator 6), use button 33). For more information on sectors, refer
to operating instructions
