4.0.2 RF Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation
exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment. This equipment should be installed
and operated with a minimum distance of 7 3/4
inches / 20 centimeters between the radiator and
your body. For handheld/body-worn operation,
this equipment has been tested and meets the
FCC RF/Industry Canada RF exposure guideline
when used with the belt clip supplied with this
product. This transmitter must not be co-located
or operating in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter. Use of other accessories
may not ensure compliance with FCC RF/Industry
Canada RF exposure guidelines. This equipment
also complies with Industry Canada RSS-102 with
respect to Canada's Health Code 6 for Exposure
of Humans to RF Fields.
