If the charge of the accumulator cell were not i
still possible, please send the charger and battery cell
to our service.
For the sake of a long battery life, you should take
care of timely charging of the battery. In any case, this
is the case when you notice that the performance of
the cordless screwdriver is decreasing.
Never completely discharge the
battery. This leads to a battery defect!
Tool change
Attention! During all work (e.g. tool change;
maintenance; etc.) set to battery operated
screwdriver, the rotation direction switch (3) to the
center position.
• The cordless screwdriver is equipped with a quick-
clamping chuck (9) with automatic spindle locking.
• Open the chuck (9). The chuck hole (a) must be
large enough to allow a tool (drill,
respectively bit) clamp.
• Choose the appropriate tool. Push the tool into the
chuck hole (a) as far as it will go.
• Tighten the chuck firmly (9) and then check
firm seating of the tool.
Torque setting
The cordless screwdriver is equipped with mechanical
torque adjustment.
The torque for a specific screw size se
adjusts on the adjustment ring. Rotary
the moment depends on several factors:
· on the type and hardness of the processed material
· on the type and length of the screws used
· on the claims that are placed on the screw
connection.
Reaching the torque is signaled by a rattling
disengagement of the clutch. Attention! Adjust the
torque setting ring only when the machine is stopped.
Drilling
Adjust the rotary adjustment ring to drill
torque to the last stage of "drilling". In the drilling
stage, the sliding friction clutch is out of order.
Maximum torque is available when drilling.
Direction of rotation switch
You can use the slide switch above the on/off switch
set the direction of rotation of the cordless
screwdriver and secure the cordless screwdriver
against unintentional switching on. You can choose
between left/right hand drive. To avoid damage to the
gear, the direction of rotation should only be switched
in the off state. If the slide switch is in the center
position, the on/off switch is blocked.
On and off (D)
You turn on the drill by pressing and holding the
switch (4).
Turn off the drill by releasing the switch (4).
You can smoothly regulate the number of revolutions
with the switch. The further you press the switch,
the higher the number of revolutions of the cordless
screwdriver.
