Simple troubleshooting
Remedial action
Insert water tank correctly.
Fill the water tank with fresh tap
water.
Remove the tank and clean
thoroughly.
Rinse the water filter according
to the instructions and switch on.
Dip the water filter in water until
no more air bubbles escape,
then replace the filter.
Insert a new water filter.
Insert a water filter and activate
(see chapter "Menu – Water
filter").
Clean the beverage dispenser
and the milk system intake (see
the section "Care and daily
cleaning").
Clean the brewing unit.
Clean the brewing unit. Place
no more than 2 level measuring
spoons of ground coffee in the
drawer.
