•Approve the crosscheck of the torque load by applying a personalized mark.
•None of the parts of the carrier must get in the way of the rear plane of the cross member, (risk of interference
with ring and tow bar after rotation through 90° of the trailer).
• After assembling the coupling, depending on the product variant, make the pneumatic connections.
o The pneumatic supply should be provided from the auxillary air tank as per the diagram on page 10 using an
insulating valve (not included in the delivery). Check compatibility between pneumatic connecter and the air
tank
• Grease the ring with a grease suitable for - 20°C (no greasing in the coupling housing and Air confort).
• If a remote control box is being used it has to be placed on the side way freely accessible to prevant any risk to
people for opération (ie on the lateral side close to the back of the vehicle)
FIXING PATTERN HOLE
The screws set required for installing is supplied with the coupling.
