CONDITIONS OF USE
Manual variant
Coupling :
•
Open the coupling using the handle and couple up the
trailer. When the ring is inserted under the pin it causes the
pin to drop down and locking takes place automatically.
•
Check that the coupling is securely locked with the index
position A.
•
Connect the links.
•
Crosscheck the correct function of the connections
Uncoupling :
•
Disconnect the links (brakes and electric harnesses)
•
Check the stability of the trailer
•
Open the coupling using the handle and do not hesitate to
operate the isolating valve (see page 10) so that there is no
air left in the coupling.
•
If the pin fails to lift under the effect of the handle, move
back the truck to take off the tensile force and open the
hook again using the handle.
Remote control variant
•
See the manual instructions on the control box.
Note: Clearance compensation will be activated as long as
the coupling is locking properly.
•
Transfer these instructions to the drivers.
