 NOTE: This step is optional.
Option [A]: Remove the factory-installed screw from the pedal (2).
Screw the pedal extension (6) to the pedal (2).
 WARNING: Use a liquid threadlocker!
Tighten the screw (7) as specified in the mounting instructions.
Option [B]: Pull the rubber sleeve (8) over the pedal (2).
Make sure that the inner rings of the rubber sleeve (8) sit in the recesses of
the tread (2).
