- If the timer is running, it is possible to change it; select
the cooking zone "D" and press keys "B or C".
- If the time is not selected or the set time is "00", the
timer will switch off within 10 seconds.
- When the timer is active, the LED indicator "M7" of
the cooking zone "P" will flash.
- When the time has elapsed, the cooking zone will
switch off, display M7 and LED indicator P will flash and
immediately afterwards an acoustic signal will sound
for 1 minute. Pressing any key will stop the acoustic
signal.
- If the timer is activated in several cooking zones,
display M7 will show the timer that ends first and
indicator P will flash.
- The Timer can be cancelled at any time by setting
the time to "00" or by pressing keys "B and C"
simultaneously.
Booster
Depending on the model in your possession, the
appliance is equipped with a "Booster" system that
allows you to speed up cooking times by applying a
power greater than the nominal one over a de ned
period of time.
The cooking zones equipped with this function are
indicated with the word "Booster".
- To activate it, press key "E" of the desired cooking
zone; an acoustic signal will sound and display "M"
will show the letter P.
This function will last for about 10 minutes, after
which an acoustic signal will sound and cooking will
continue at level 9.
- To remove it, press "E" or rst select the cooking zone
"D" where it is active and then bring the power level
to zero using the slider "F".
Warm function
With this function, it is possible to keep food warm at
a certain temperature. The function can be activated
on all cooking zones independently. The cooking zone
operates at minimum power.
1. To activate it, select the cooking zone "D" and then
press "A"; an acoustic signal will sound and display
"M" will show the letter U.
2. To deactivate it, press "A" and the cooking zone
will continue to operate at power level 1. The Warm
function is only available for 120 minutes, after which
the hob will switch o .
Low temperature function
The low temperature function allows you to reduce
energy consumption and heating power (e.g. if a
cooking zone has the power level set to level 5,
consumption will be reduced by about 50% or if it is
set to level 9 it will be reduced by about 75%; "if the
145mm zone is set to level 9, the low temperature
function will go from 1200 W to 300 W").
To activate the low temperature function, perform
the following steps:
- Select a cooking zone "D" and press "I"; an acoustic
signal will sound and display "M" will feature a ashing
L alternating with the set power level and indicator
"N8" lights up.
- The function can be activated on all cooking zones
and the cooking zone will operate at the set power
level.
- It can also be activated with the bridge function.
- To deactivate it, press "I". At the end of the function,
the cooking zone will continue to operate at power
level 1.
Bridge function
The cooking zones can be connected in the cooking
process if large pots are used. The function can be
activated only when both cooking zones "D1 and
D5" are o ; to activate this function, perform the
following steps:
-Select cooking zones "D1 and D5" and indicators
"N5 and N4" will start ashing until the power level
is selected, which must be greater than 0.
- It is also possible to activate the Booster function; to
activate it, simply press "E1 or E5".
- Should it be necessary to change the power level,
select the cooking zone "D1 or D5" and then change
the power level using the slider "F" and con rm by
pressing "D1 or D5".
- The function can be deactivated in two ways:
1. Select "D1 or D5" and bring the power level to 0
and the function will be deactivated.
2. Select keys "D1 and D5" simultaneously and both
cooking zones will switch o .
O.S.D. (Over ow Safety Device)
The hob is equipped with a safety system that switches
all the burners OFF and activates the safety lock in
the presence of liquids or objects on the control area.
The hob will switch o automatically and the symbol
"-." will appear on the display .
Magnetic detector
The hob is equipped with a pot detector; when the pot
is removed or is unsuitable, the symbol " " appears
alternating with the set power level.
Warm function
To activate the Warm function, press F until the letter
A appears, which alternates with the set power level
which must be greater than 0.
-When the function is activated, the cooking zone is
set to the maximum power P for the whole time. Once
the time has elapsed, the cooking zones automatically
return to the previously set power.
