no pot is detected, "A" will flash on the display,
alternating with the symbol .
- If the power level is increased using the slider "F", the
Warm function remains active at the set power; this
operation will only be possible once. If, on the other
hand, a power level lower than the set one is set, the
function will be automatically deactivated.
- When this function is deactivated automatically or
deactivates, display M will show the set power.
Stop & Go
This function allows you to stop the hob temporarily
during operation if you need to move away from it
without fear of any liquid boiling over. This function
can also be used to clean the glass surface in the
control area. It is activated by pressing L; an acoustic
signal will sound, all cooking zones will be locked and
the displays will show a segment with a circular move-
ment. All keys will be excluded except for the Stop &
Go and the On / O keys. To deactivate the function,
press L again; if after 10 minutes no function has been
activated, the hob will switch o automatically.
Maintenance (Fig.7):
Remove any residues of food and drops of grease from
the cooking surface using the special scraper supplied
on request. Clean the heated area as thoroughly as
possible using SIDOL, STAHLFIX or similar products
and a cloth/paper, then rinse with water and dry with
a clean cloth. Using the special scraper (optional) im-
mediately remove any fragments of aluminium and
plastic material that have unintentionally melted on
the heated cooking area or residues of sugar or food
with a high sugar content. In this way, any damage to
the cooktop surface is prevented. Under no circum-
stances use abrasive sponges or irritating chemical
detergents such as oven sprays or stain removers.
Errors/Alarms
When an error is detected, the entire appliance is
switched o , an acoustic signal sounds (only if one
or more cooking zones are active) and all displays
alternately show the letters "F or M" and the error code.
During the error state, the keys on the corresponding
heaters are inoperative.
Switch o the appliance for a few hours; if the error
no longer appears on the display when the appliance
is switched on again, the hob will return to normal
operation. If the error persists, contact a specialist
technician.
