With the grinder (g) in pulse or in speed 4 to 10, you can:
- in a few seconds, chop: coriander, pepper, figs, dried apricots, etc.
For example: You can chop 120 g of dried apricots in 5 seconds by pulsing.
n To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob (a1) to 0.
n Wait for the appliance
turning it anti-clockwise.
n Replace the cover (a6) by locking in place over the outlet (a5).
- Juice extractor (j)
n Place the rotary filter (j3) in the pulp container (j2), position the cover (j4) by aligning the embossed part
with the open lock on the top of the container, turn the cover to align with the closed lock on the top of
the container (Fig. 5a). Turn the button (j6) to the closed padlock position to lock the accessory (Fig.
5b); the cover cannot be removed now. Now you just need to place the pouring spout (j1) on the
container (j2).
n Press the button (a3) on the right side of the appliance to release the multifunction head (a4) and raise
it to a
n Fit the bowl (b1) onto the appliance, the handle facing you, and turn it slightly to the left, until it locks in
place.
n Take the cover (b2) with your left hand, slide it into the rails on the front and the rear of the head (a4) until
it locks in place.
n Press the button (a3), located on the right of the appliance to release the multifunction head (a4), lower
it and press it
n Release and remove the cover (a6) from the outlet (a5) by turning it anti-clockwise. (Fig. 5c)
n Make sure that the appliance is turned off before placing the juice extractor (j), the release button (j6)
facing you, the pouring spout to the right of the appliance on the outlet (a5), and then turn clockwise to
lock it.
n Place a pitcher or the blender (d) under the pouring spout to collect the juice.
n Cut the fruits and vegetables into pieces, peel them and remove the hard cores and stones if necessary
(pineapples, apricots, etc..)
n For best results, empty the pulp container (j2) regularly after processing about 300 to 500 g.
n Drink the juice immediately after preparation or add lemon juice to prevent discolouration if storing in the
refrigerator for a few hours.
n Turn the speed control (a1) to speed 12. Wait until the appliance reaches the required speed.
n Insert the fruits or vegetables cut into pieces through the feed tube on the cover, and push down slowly
with the pusher (j5).
n Allow the appliance to run for a few seconds after the last piece to extract the maximum juice.
n To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob (a1) to 0.

n Replace the drip stopper, release the accessory from the outlet (a5) by turning it anti-clockwise.
n Turn the button (j6) to the open padlock position (j4), turn the cover (j4) to the open padlock position to
release the cover.
