12 DOOR GASKETS / JOINT DE PANNEAU DE PORTE

Temporarily install the midgasket (5) and the

door gasket (6) to the door panel.
Close the door entirely and mark the interfer-

ence of the gaskets with the running rail.
Cut the gasket at the marked locations with
12c
cutters. Note that the midgasket (5) only
needs to be cut below the running rail. The top
part is no longer required.
Reinstall the gaskets from the bottom and

work your way up. Use a mallet to insure that
the gaskets are fully pushed onto the glass.
Installer temporairement le joint latéral (5)

et le joint de porte (6) sur le panneau de la
porte.
Avec la porte bien fermée, tracer
12b
l'interférence des joints avec la barre de
roulement.
Couper les joints sur la ligne tracés. Noter
12c
que le joint latéral suffit d'être coupé à la
partie inférieure. La partie supérieure du
joint n'est pas requise pour l'assemblage.
Réinstaller les joints sur la porte, débuter
12d
par le bas et puis monter. Utiliser un
maillet pour assurer que les joints soient
bien fixés au panneau de porte.

RETIRER LE JOINT DU PANNEAU
