The machine does not contain any
parts that need to be maintained or
lubricated by the user.
13 – Storage and
transportation
Storage
1. Clean the device as described
above.
2. Store the device in a dry place
that cannot be accessed by
children.
3. The place of storage must be dry
and frost-proof. The ideal ambient
temperature must not exceed
50 °C.
CAUTION! The storage of
discharged batteries may
lead to a so-called deep
discharge. This destroys the
battery cells and renders the
rechargeable battery useless.
Transport
If possible, use the original
packaging when dispatching.
1. Switch the device off and remove
the battery pack.
2. Use the transport protection if

possible.
3. Only carry the device by the
handle.
4. Protect the device from the heavy
impacts and vibrations that may
occur when transporting by car.
5. Protect the device to prevent it
from sliding or falling over.
14 – Disposal
CAUTION! Electrical and
battery operated units that no
longer work should not be
disposed of in the house hold
waste! They are to be collected
separately, in accordance with the
2012/19/EU directive
for the disposal of
electrical and
electronic waste, and
sent for proper and
environ mentally-
friendly recycling.
Please discard power tools no
longer usable at a local collection
point. Collection and disposal of
packaging materials separately by
types complying with local rules
and regulations. For details,
please contact your municipal
authority concerned.
CAUTION! When it comes to
battery-powered or recharge -
able electronic devices, the
battery/ rechargeable battery
must be removed and disposed
off separately in accordance with
the relevant regulations. Batteries
and rechargeable batteries should
