Plug the battery charger into a 120V power source.

Align the battery's base with the charger port and push the battery into
the charger until the latch clicks.
5.
The battery will begin charging.
6.
Remove the battery by pushing the battery lock button and pulling the
battery free.
7.
Allow the battery to cool before installing it in a tool.
CHARGER INDICATORS
The charger has a red and a green LED that will indicate the charge status
or if there is a problem. The battery and charger send and receive signals to
determine if the battery requires charging or if a fault has occurred.

Condition
The charger is plugged into a power outlet,
but does not have a battery inserted into the
charging port.
A battery is inserted into the charging port.
Battery is fully charged and overcharge
function is active.

The battery is inserted into the charging
port, but the battery and the charger
cannot send or receive a signal.
2.
The overcharge protection prevents
further charging when the voltage
reaches 21.4V ± 0.2V.
3.
Battery voltage is less than 6 volts.
4.
When the charging current is less than
300mA, the output charge will stop.
The battery pack is too hot when inserted into
the charging port or heats up during charging.
The charger will shut off until the battery
temperature drops to a safe level.
