No light indicators and OLED lights
• Check the power, plug, voltage, and fuse. In case of problems, call the service provider.
Touch interface doesn't work
• Unplug Nano. Plug it back in to restart the system.
No water comes out
• No inlet water: Filter is plugged, or any inlet valve are in closed position.
• Check that Nano is properly ventilated and the environment is not too hot.
COLD function is not cold at all
• In the App, check the setup. Cooling may be turned off, or Nano may be in Energy Saver mode.
• Water consumption is higher than expected, and Nano does not have time to chill the water.
COLD function is not cold enough
• Check that Nano is properly ventilated and the environment is not too hot.
• Check the temperature setting in the app.
• Make sure the device has sufficient power.
HOT function is not hot enough (below 80 celsius)
• Check the inlet water temperature. It may be too cold.
• Descaling is needed. Start the descaling program.
When using the HOT function, steam comes out
• Inlet water pressure is too low or there is no inlet water.
• Descaling is needed. Start the descaling program.
HOT function flows slowly or not at all
