CONTROL PANEL
1. Minute counter clock.
2. Gearmotor push-botton for spit.
3. Baking chamber light.
4. The knob controls the thermostat which keeps the selected
temperature constant. It can vary from 75° to 270°C.

FOR SAFETY REASONS, ALWAYS OPEN THE DOOR BEFORE YOU PRESS AND TURN THE THERMOSTAT CONTROL KNOB

4. Le bouton commande le thermostat à double boule qui
maintient la température choisie, qui peut varier entre
75°C et 270°C, à un niveau constant.
TRADITIONAL BAKING WITH BOTTOM BURNER
The automatic electronic ignition system works only when
the door is open in the first click position.
Open the door, press the thermostat control knob, rotate the
knob counter-clockwise and set it at any temperature (fig. 1).
Through the central slit in the bottom tray check to see if the
burner is on. After approximately ten seconds release the
knob.
Close the door, set the desired temperature and after a few
minutes place the food in the oven.
To turn off the gas set the knob to the 0 position.

L'allumage électronique automatique ne fonctionne qu'avec
la porte ouverte au premier cran.
Ouvrir la porte, presser le bouton de commande du
thermostat, le tourner dans le sens contraire aux aiguilles
d'une montre et le positionner sur une température au choix
(fig. 1).
Contrôler à travers la fente centrale du plateau inférieur que
le brûleur est allumé. Au bout de dix secondes environ,
relâcher le bouton.
Fermer la porte, régler la température désirée et au bout de
quelques minutes introduire les aliments dans le four.

Pour éteindre le gaz, remettre le bouton dans la position 0.
