The oven and the components are made in 19/10 chrome-
nickel stainless steel.
The external part of the door doesn't exceed 50°C also at
high temperature.
The gas system is equipped with a knob-operated automatic
electronic ignition and a flame failure safety device on both
burners, which guarantees the immediate interruption of the
gas delivery if for any reason the flame should go out.

CARACTERISTIQUES
TECHNIQUES ET DE CONSTRUCTION
Le four et les pièces qui le composent sont construites en
acier inox au nickel-chrome 19/10.
La partie externe de la porte du four, même aux
températures les plus élevées, ne dépasse pas 50°C.
L'installation à gaz est munie d'allumage électronique
automatique incorporé au bouton et d'un dispositif
thermoélectrique de sécurité sur les deux brûleurs qui
garantit, si la flamme s'éteint pour une raison quelconque, le
blocage immédiat de la sortie du gaz.
