The spit, skewers and turning grill must be inserted in the
appropriate hole located in the back wall of the oven while the
motor is off. They must rest on the support fastened to the
thermal screen (to lower the support to the hooking position
push the stainless steel hook to the right and pull it down).
When baking, the wooden handle of the spit rod must be
removed and the door must be left open in the first click
position.
The flat and ridged cooking trays and the deep, medium and
low saucepans must be rested on the universal pan support.
La broche, les brochettes et la grille tournante doivent être
montées, avec le moteur à l'arrêt, dans le trou qui se trouve
sur la paroi du fond du four et doivent être posées sur le
support fixé à l'écran thermique (pour faire descendre le
support dans la position d'accrochage, pousser vers la droite
l'ergot en inox et le porter ensuite vers le bas).
Pendant la cuisson, la poignée en bois de la broche doit être
retirée et la porte doit être laissée ouverte au premier cran.
Les plaques de cuisson lisse et striée et les casseroles haute,
moyenne et basse doivent être posées sur le support
universel porte-casseroles.
